We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground, DHL Ground or Fed-Ex Ground within approximately one week from the time you place your order. Shipping time varies based on which product is ordered and where in the country it is being shipped. Most products are shipped within 7-10 (usually less) business days after you place your order. Please be aware that if your order contains several products, they may ship separately and hence may not arrive to your residence on the same date. Payment Methods

At rack-em.com, you can place your order online, by telephone, or by fax. Payment options include credit card, money order, cashiers check or Personal Check. See below for details on each payment option. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Credit Cards

rack-em.com accepts credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. rack-em.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks

We accept money orders in U.S. dollars from United States banks. You will need to contact our Customer Service department to complete your order.

We accept checks from U.S. banks only. This payment method is considerably slower than using a credit card. To place your order, please refer here. Once you have placed the order, mail your check to:

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped once we receive your check and after a waiting period of a minimum of ten business days.
